Welcome to Laptop Price BD. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. While we strive for accuracy, Laptop Price BD reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect price listings.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon inventory verification and payment authorization. We accept the following payment methods across Bangladesh:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Local Debit and Credit Cards

3. Delivery Policy

Standard delivery takes 24–48 hours within Dhaka City and 3–5 business days for locations outside Dhaka. Customers must inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

4. Warranty and Returns

All laptops and accessories come with official brand or seller warranties as stated on the product page. Claims must be submitted with the original purchase invoice. Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects, provided the item is in unused condition with all original packaging.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
