At Laptop Price BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver genuine laptops and accessories across Bangladesh. If you experience an issue with your order, our return and refund guidelines are outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your package under the following conditions:

• The laptop or accessory is defective, damaged upon arrival, or non-functional.
• The delivered product differs from the model or specifications listed in your order confirmation.
• The item is unopened, unused, and remains in its original packaging with all security seals, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, liquid spillage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs post-delivery.
• Software, digital licenses, or items missing their original serial numbers and packaging.
• Change-of-mind requests for opened or activated devices.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call our helpline with your order ID and clear photo/video evidence of the issue. Once validated, you will be instructed to ship the product to our central service hub in Dhaka via a recognized courier service.

Refund Process

After inspecting and approving the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 working days through MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or direct Bank Transfer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified dispatch error or defective product on our part.
